ORDERING ON-LINE
You can select products directly from our site as you explore it by clicking Add to Basket, and you can view the contents of your basket at any time using View Basket, and alter them if you wish.
PHOTOCROSS accepts on-line payments through PayPal, and you can use your PayPal account if you have one.
Payments are also accepted from the following credit and debit cards: Amex, Delta, Maestro (Switch), MasterCard, Solo and Visa, but please note that they are still handled through PayPal.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
- Log into your account and select the 'send money' option.
- Complete the Payment Form option with the order reference number we quote you and the amount to be paid in pounds sterling.
- Deducted any discounts or loyalty points you have earned.
- Select make payment or send money option.
- PayPal will acknowledge your payment instantaneously via e-mail.
Alternatively
- From your PayPal account select the Send Money option.
- In the recipient's e-mail box type pamcollins@blueyonder.co.uk.
- Next enter the amount in Pounds Sterling.
- Select the goods or service option in the category of purchase.
- Finally add the wording On Line Order within the e-mail subject.
- Enter details of the products/services you require, product code and description, including thread numbers, etc., in the Notes field.
- Select Continue, check payment details, select delivery address, then the Send Money option.
PHOTOCROSS will acknowledge your order, and once payment has cleared we will dispatch your order. This will usually be within 7 days for photocharts, commercial kits, accessories, fabrics and threads, Photocharting kits may take up to 21 days.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
Select 'Click here' to pay instantly with PayPal option.
Enter your name and postal address.
You will be prompted to make a payment by credit or debit card.
Now supply your email address and phone number.
At the secure checkout, complete the final section and review your information.
Once satisfied, press the Make Payment option.
Finally, PayPal will offer to save your information and create a PayPal account to make future transactions. Note that this is not compulsory.
Once payment has cleared we will dispatch your order, usually within 7 days for photocharts, commercial kits, accessories, fabrics and threads, Photocharting kits may take up to 21 days.
